Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-28.

These terms govern your use of the xhostd hosting platform (the "service"), which xhostd operates.

Service as-is

xhostd is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Availability, performance, and data durability are best-effort. Do not rely on xhostd as the sole storage location for anything you cannot afford to lose.

Access

xhostd may revoke access to any account or channel at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to abuse, resource exhaustion, legal request, or violation of these terms.

Your content and channels

You are solely responsible for the content, code, and behavior of the channels you operate on xhostd, including compliance with applicable laws and the rights of third parties. You are responsible for any data you collect from your channel's end-users.

No warranties

xhostd disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. xhostd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Billing, plans, and refunds

Paid plans (Builder, Indie, Studio, and Pro) are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in US dollars.

Cancellation. You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and does not renew after that. Your apps keep running. When a downgrade or cancellation takes effect, the new plan's limits apply, and data over the new plan's database storage may be deleted without further notice.

Refunds. You can get a full refund of any payment, including a renewal, if you ask within 14 days of the date of that payment. To ask, write to support@randomimity.com. A refund ends the paid plan that the refunded payment paid for. The plan ends when xhostd processes the refund, not at the end of the billing period, and your account moves to the free Basic plan. From then on, the Basic plan's limits apply, including its database storage, as the Cancellation terms describe. After those 14 days, and except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time. A refund is not available where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse. If xhostd terminates a paid account without cause, xhostd will refund the pro-rated, unused portion of the current billing period. Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights you may have, including any applicable right of withdrawal.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
